First of all thank you for taking time to read the instructions on how to order your new kitchenware from www.kitchenaria.com, we have built the website in a way to make it as simple as possible for our users to complete their purchases as well as taking into consideration their security and privacy.Adding Products to your shopping cart
You can browse our website in various ways to find the perfect present or ideal kitchen accessory that you require.Use the Quick Find tab above, the Quick Search box to the right or you can pick a category from our Categories on the right.
Once you have found the product you would like to buy simply choose the quantity that you require and click on the Add to Cart button to the right of the product image.
Whats in my Shopping Cart?
By clicking on the View Cart tab above or the purple Shopping Cart tab to the right this will redirect your screen to the Shopping Cart page, where you can see what you have placed into your shopping cart (if you feel there is an error with your shopping cart please Contact us)What do i do next?
You have 2 options once on the shopping cart page you can either carry on shopping or go to the checkout.I want to continue shopping
Thats great then just use our search box or quick find tab as well as our preset categories in the blue tag to your right, dont worry everything thats already in your shopping cart will still be there when you come back.I want to checkout!
From the view cart page you can perform various tasks before going to the checkout, these include making changes to your shopping basket such as removing products or changing quantities, you can also input a promotional code if you have one and also choose your shipping method, it is important to note that your shipping choice must match the country that the goods are being delivered to.Once you are happy with everything on the view cart page you just need to click on the Checkout Now button to be taken to the checkout page.

If you have shopped with us before simply fill in your email address and password to log in and pre fill all your personal information.All personal information is stored on a secure website with latest security features and firewalls and the only time we transfer or transmit information of a personal nature is on a secure web link, look for the padlock on the bottom right of your web browser to see how secure we are.
For those of you who have'nt had the privilege of ordering from Kitchenaria before it's a quick and painless procedure, dont forget if you get stuck just give us a call.
First step is to take your email address, this is so we can give you updates on your order with details such as when it has been shipped and any appropriate tracking numbers etc, it will also act as your log in for future visits and using your account.
We also ask for a phone number so we can call with any problems with your order, its kept secure and rarely used.
Finally we require a password from you so you can track your orders, the password is encrypted so not even our team here can view it, so keep it safe, lost passwords will require you to activate a new one.
Next thing we will require is your name and address, this is used to make sure that your details match those on the card you use to pay for your purchases, if you want it delivered to the same address, make sure you click the box so you dont have to type it all in again for the delivery address. Please note we will deliver to a different address at our discretion, this is dependant on the credit card transaction results. Feel free to request no paperwork in the right hand column if the goods are a present or you want to save paper, the choice is yours.
Next box is for any comments you wish to make with your order, we will always read these comments before sending your goods, so special requests will happily be dealt with, add something nice and we may even put in a little extra!!
If you look to the right of the form you will see an order summary, with details such as total order value, shipping option and then finally the buttons for you to choose what payment method you would like to use for your purchases, we accept credit / debit cards through a secure HSBC Bank gateway as well as Paypal or Google Checkout and finally we have a print option so you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or postal order. You will then be transferred to the payment gateway of your choice.
