Westmark have made a brilliant non-stick version of their Duetto Double Turner, Made from high grade heat resistant plastic it can withstand temperatures of up to 240°c. Can be split and used as two single spatulas or joined together at the head to make one set of spring loaded tongs, especially useful when frying food.
Founded in 1923, Westmark began life as a grinding shop for cutlery and remained in the Schulte family estate for decades.
