Including Cooks blowtorch, four individual porcelain ramekins (77mm x 40mm) and a 90ml can of refined butane gas all gift boxed with recipe leaflet.
Blowtorch has safety adjustable flame, soft grip handle, piezo trigger ignition and an anti flare flame that works at all angles.
Great for caramelising sugar on dishes such as creme brulee or tarte tatin, skinning tomatoes and peppers, crisping joints of meat and heating / melting cheese.
