Made of hard wearing high temperature ovenproof ceramic.
These pie funnels allow the steam to escape whilst cooking moist pies such as gravies or fruit, they also stop the juices boiling over resulting in a more attractive pie all round!
Helps support the pastry lid when cooking to prevent it from sinking.
