1 Egg white; beaten stiff

1 c Brown sugar

1 tb Flour

1 pn Salt

1 c Chopped pecans

Add brown sugar to egg white and continue stirring. Stir in flour and salt. Add pecans and drop by teaspoonfuls far apart on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 325~F for 10 minutes.
