The Best Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2cupcarrots, grated
2cupbrown sugar, packed
1 1/2cupoil
1/2cuppineapple, drained
1teaspoonvanilla
5eacheggs
1cupnuts, chopped
2cupflour
2 1/2teaspooncinnamon
2 1/2teaspoonsoda
1teaspoonsalt

Directions:

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Done when toothpick in center comes out clean or top springs back.

Refrigerate cake before decorating.
