Potato Chip Cookies
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup potato chips -- crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat sugar, butter, vanilla and egg. Mix in dry ingredients, stir in potato chi ps. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet, bake for 10 minutes. Cool 1 minutes then remove from sheet.
