Monopol has been making high quality steel products since its establishment in 1879. Originally based in East Germany, the company relocated to Marburg in West Germany after WWII. The company is renowned for its stainless steel corkscrews, but also manufactures bar and cocktail items as well as kitchen utensils.
Monopol corkscrews are heavy, tactile and beautifully crafted. Don't be fooled by cheaper imitations!
