Started in 1923 by Artur Schmitz a gastronomy expert from Germany.
He developed several succesful companies by the end of the war with majot changes to the company in the 1960's
There ideas accumulated in "The full range of functional, practical things for the preparation and storage of food.

In 1988 the company changed its name to Kuchenprofi.
Many of the new items are designed by renowned designers working with professional kitchen products in the domestic budget.
